How to order
Simply browse the site by using the tabs to the left of the screen or the menu at the top of the screen.
By clicking on any image you can view a close up of the product.
Once you have made your selections proceed to checkout by clicking on the appropriate button. You will then be guided through the purchasing process in a completely secure environment and your order will be despatched within 5 working days (stock permitting).
In the event of there being any problems with the order you will be contacted directly in order to make alternative choices or to cancel the order. A full credit will be made to your credit card at this stage if required.
Your Online Security
We realise that many first time customers do not feel at ease making payments by credit card over the Internet but millions of such transactions are carried out every day with absolutely no problems. It is in fact safer than giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant or giving your card details over the phone.
Your Credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved your details are completely deleted. On any future purchases you will be asked to re input some information but we feel that this gives you peace of mind and allows you to change details such as size, delivery address or credit card details on future orders.
Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect to process and despatch your order or to let you know of exciting new products in the range as they become available. You of course will be provided with the option to not receive such communications.
The information that we hold will always be freely available for you to view and update as you wish at any time and will only include the following detail

- Your Invoice/Delivery Address
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Order History
Credit/debit card details will only be 'live' during the actual transaction. Upon completion and authorisation these numbers will be deleted. For your peace of mind and security you will be required to re key these numbers on any subsequent orders.
The information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track patterns of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. These "cookies" will enable you to connect to our site more quickly and efficiently in the future and will not be used by us for any other reason than to enable fast and efficient connection to our web site.

Returns
We aim to delight our customers and make every effort to ensure that the products that you order reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the products do not meet your expectations please return them to us unused and in the condition supplied.

UK Delivery
All items will be despatched within 8 working days (stock permitting) and should reach you within 14 working days. In the event of items being out of stock we will advise you immediately allowing you to
- Be informed of estimated delivery and wait for despatch
- Order a suitable alternative
- Cancel the order and have your credit card credited in full
Overseas deliveries
All items will be despatched in 5 working days (stock permitting) - carriage will be charged as at point of order - for deliveries within Europe and the United States Please allow up to 21 days, for deliveries to other destinations worldwide please allow 28 Days.
Delivery Charges
UK delivery is currently free.
European delivery is charged at 15% of the total order value.
North American delivery is charged at 20% of the total order value.

We have endeavoured to show and describe the items on this website as closely as possible to their actual appearance. Due to the limitations of web pages and the differing resolution of monitors items cannot be guaranteed to be exactly as they appear on your screen. We believe you will be happy with the quality and appearance of the items ordered - if they do not please do not hesitate to return them to us as detailed above.
